getting you started so that you stay true to yourself :
-Create a list of desired feelings. For example,
are you wanting to feel more energized, calm, centered or happy?
-Next set your intentions for the month, week, or
day based on those feelings. Keep it simple. For example, you may want to “spend more time in nature” or “add more home
cooking into your routine.”
Remember, if you are instinctively creating a list of desired feelings and setting intentions that
will lead you to live a life that meets those feelings, you will naturally
begin to lead a life that feeds those desires.
This will also lead you to
make decisions based on the way you want to feel in your life, which will help
you stay true to yourself.
