My journey to becoming a health coach began through my own desire to truly heal my family and myself from Lyme Disease. In order to fully heal, we needed to nourish our bodies with whole foods and lead an overall healthier and more organic lifestyle. As I learned to prepare nutrient dense meals, which would help provide my family with essential nourishment, rid our home of toxic products, and adopt a more mindful approach to overall wellness, I realized my passion for healthy living was not only something I enjoyed bringing into my own home, but into the homes of others as well.

After 20 years of being a stay at home mom, I followed my passion and became a student at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories – Ayurveda, gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, macrobiotics, and everything in between.

My education has equipped me with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention. Drawing on my expertise, I work with my clients to help make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results. You will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness.

Each session will leave you feeling inspired and motivated. We will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life. I will personally and carefully guide you to make simple, small changes that will transform your life.
